We were in Mike Kitchens Bar B Que (SMO-KING_BARBQUE) in the NorthWoods Mall Friday. (Known for real Bar-B-Que.) He's got this big smoker mounted on a two axle trailer that he smokes his ribs and pulled pork in. Yes it's wood fired. The ribs take five hours to cook cause their not preboiled. The pork takes twelve hours. He loads this thing up with hundreds of lbs of meat every night. His ribs are better than (dfessdf's) or (jfdfked's) or even San Antone's (gddddfkdf). You fill in the blanks. Try his pies. He makes them. Actually he makes everything including his Bar B Que sauce. (I asked him if this was Smithfield's Bar B Que and he threatened to throw me out.) Mike has a tremendous memory and can remember what you ordered last time you were in. Don't ask him how though because he'll have to get a pencil and paper to write your order down.
